Vision Boards
Date: Saturday, January 23rd – 1 to 5 PM

You’ve seen them on The Secret; now come make your own …

A vision board is a fun and creative tool that you make yourself. It can be used to get clarity on the life you want to lead, and then begin seeing it manifest.

With magazine pictures, coloured pencils, scissors, glue, markers, fun stickers and your own hands, you’ll design the map to your heart’s greatest treasures.

The image you will create in this workshop can be used as a powerful affirmation tool, a meditation or a prayer to bring about positive changes in your life, and to put you on the road to achieving your highest goals.

EFT/Tapping - Specific Techniques
Date: Sunday, January 31st – 1 to 5 PM
Cost: $30 for a 4-hour workshop
Location: Westmount

This workshop is reserved for those who already have a basic knowledge of EFT/Tapping and who would like to learn a few specific techniques to help in dealing with different things.

• Borrowing Benefits (how to take advantage of someone else's tapping session)
• Tell the Story/Movie Techniques (for dealing with emotional issues/painful memories)
• Imagineering Technique (for physical issues)

and, if we have time,

• Inner Committee (personal growth)

I will explain the techniques, demonstrate the techniques, you will have a reminder handout and there will also be time for working together to practice the techniques.

Un tableau de visualisation (vision board) est un outil créatif et amusant que vous construisez vous-même. Il vous permettra de clarifier et amener à la manifestation la vie que vous souhaitez mener.

Avec des photos de revues, des crayons artistiques, des ciseaux, de la colle, des crayons feutres, des autocollants colorés et vos propres mains, vous allez créer le plan qui vous mènera aux trésors les plus chers de votre coeur.

L’image que vous bâtirez pendant cet atelier pourra être utilisé comme un outil d’affirmation, une méditation ou bien une prière pour attirer des changements positifs dans votre vie et pour vous mettre sur le chemin d’accomplir vos objectifs les plus élevés.
